Dear Mr Lucas, You were advised that you need to clean the apartment including linen (at least 1 full set linen and towels should be clean). This is the case no matter what your check out time is and we can't have tenants moving in with dirty linen as you would understand if you were next to move in. This is a normal process worldwide to clean. This is the responsibility of the tenant. Globes are the responsibility of the tenants too. The price to go to the apartment check the fitting, then go buy the globe, then go back and replace is justified. We wish you well in the future and thank you for your feedback.
