We happily rebooked your first cancellation in June 22 and created a new October 22 booking for you both. At midday on check- in day, you called to say you had a new kitten asked if you could bring her. We advised you immediately of our No Pet policy due to the 16thc historic interiors of the B&B. You advised us you would have to cancel. With same day midday cancellation we were unable to rebook the room. As an ongoing curtesy we kept your credit active until the end if the 2022 finical year. All outside our standard terms and conditions. When you contacted us the following May 23 to rebook we emailed you a new costing, including €170 of complimentary services. 2 x 3 course dinners = €70 plus a full days wargaming valued at €100.
