Dear Monica, Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your arrival felt stressful after such a long journey. Winter season in Chamonix is an exceptionally busy period, and as clearly stated in the booking details, check-in begins at 4PM. During peak season, apartments are often occupied the night before (as was yours), and our housekeeping team requires the full turnaround time to prepare the property to the proper standard for incoming guests. For this reason, early check-in unfortunately cannot be guaranteed. Regarding key collection, our office location (approximately 1 km from the apartment) is also clearly indicated prior to booking and in the arrival instructions.
