We are delighted to read that you enjoyed the beauty of the apartment, its central location, and the overall comfort and equipment. We are very sorry for the inconvenience you experienced during check-in. The QR codes should indeed work, and we will verify what caused the issue. Fortunately, you were able to collect a physical key, but we understand that one key for four guests is not ideal. Concerning the €450 deposit, it is indicated both on the booking confirmation and in the “Refundable Damage Deposit” section before finalizing the reservation, but we understand it may still come as a surprise and we will review how this information is highlighted.
